What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted and processed through PayPal. We do not store any of your credit card information.

How long until my order is shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped using USPS within 3 business days. During holidays and major sales, processing time is increased to 7 – 10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Definitely! A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped.

Where does Jobim Clothing source their fabrics from?

All ankara fabrics come from markets throughout Nigeria in West Africa.

How do I wash ankara fabric?

Handle with care. Hand wash in cold water with like colors. Do not bleach. Hang to dry. Steam iron on low setting.

How do I wash my t-shirt?

Wash inside out with cold water, like colors, and NO BLEACH. Tumble dry. Iron inside out. NEVER directly on the design.

I am not pleased with my order, who can I talk to?

Please contact chanda@jobimclothing.com immediately so we can get the issues resolved in a timely fashion. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must request an RMA before returning the item
