Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days. During holidays and major sales, processing time is increased to 7 – 10 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time. All orders are shipped at a flat rate with tracking from USPS. Once your tracking information states your order has been received and in custody of USPS, please direct further inquiries to USPS. Jobim Clothing is not responsible for non-delivery, incorrect addresses, or delays once USPS has custody of the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal. You do not have to create a PayPal account. You can choose to checkout as a guest. All major credit cars are accepted.

Refunds and Returns

[updated 01/07/2021] Due to hygienic concerns and safety during this pandemic, returns are not accepted. All sales are final.

Ankara Fabric Care

Hand wash any item featuring ankara fabric in cold water with like colors. Do not bleach. Hang to dry. Steam iron on low setting.
